Deposit Policy:
We will hold the reservation for 7 days after verbal confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be required upon booking the reservation. The balance of the rental is due 30 days prior to arrival, unless other arrangements are made. The Security / Damage Deposit in the amount of $1,000 is due 30 days prior to arrival. Security/Damage deposit will be refunded in approx. 14 days after your departure. For complete information see our Guest Agreement & Policies.

Refund Policy:
We understand that it is sometimes necessary to change or cancel travel plans- All cancellations of a confirmed reservation are subject to forfeiture of all rental fees paid if cancelled within 14 days of arrival. If a cancellation is received prior to the 14 days, a 25% (of the total rental amount) penalty shall apply. We shall attempt to honor a date change when given at least 14 days prior to arrival, if the new arrival dates are available. There will be no charghe for changing dates if done prior to 14 days of arrival. All other reservations outside of Prime Season (September to April) require a 30 day advanced notice for cancellation. Absolutely, no refunds will be given after partial use of a reserved rental unit or for early departure. See our Guest Rental Agreement & Policies for full details
