Deposit Policy:
We will hold the reservation for 10 days after verbal confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be required upon booking the reservation. The balance of the rental is due 14 days before arrival, unless other arrangements are made. The Security / Damage Deposit in the amount of $500-$750 is due on the day of arrival. Refund Policy:
We understand that it is sometimes necessary to change or cancel travel plans- we therefore encourage clients to purchase travel insurance, we can offer this thru CSA. All date changes or cancellations of a confirmed reservation are subject to forfeiture of the non-refundable reservation fee taken at the time reservation was booked.
