With majestic Gulf of Mexico views from the family room, master bedroom & main deck, as well as views of the Old River (Intra-Coastal Waterway) from the other bedrooms and decks. Community pool & boat dock on the premises.
This house is beautifully furnished and has all the appliances including laundry facilities. Launch your boat and keep it in a community slip all week.
There are granite countertops & stainless steel appliances in the kitchen & designer baths, including jetted garden tub & separate shower in the master bath. Lots of closet space.
Sleeping configuration as follows:
1st floor: Queen bedroom with queen-size bed and a full bath.
2nd floor: Open living/dining/kitchen area and the main deck/lounge area. It also includes a full bath, a bedroom with queen-size bed and private deck.
3rd floor: Gulfview master with Queen-size bed, huge closet, private master bath with jetted garden tub as well as a separate massage shower and his & her's vanities. It also features a double sided fireplace. In addition there are 2 additional bedrooms; 1 Queen-size, as well as 1 with Twin beds...these share a full bath. Each of these bedrooms feature a private deck with water views. On this level, you will also find the washer & dryer.

Deposit Policy:
We will hold the reservation for 10 days after verbal confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be required upon booking the reservation. The balance of the rental is due 14 days before arrival, unless other arrangements are made. The Security / Damage Deposit in the amount of $1,000 is due on the day of arrival. Refund Policy:
We understand that it is sometimes necessary to change or cancel travel plans- we therefore encourage clients to purchase travel insurance, we can offer this thru CSA. All date changes or cancellations of a confirmed reservation are subject to forfeiture of the non-refundable reservation fee taken at the time reservation was booked.
